Uberhood – A CC-FREE SAVE FILE – Download v.3
A lot has happened in 25 years, but some new faces in town are stirring up rivalries and creating tension for the once happy families. Can anything be done to get the neighborhood feeling good again?
1.- The Towns
Pleasantview comprises three worlds: Willow Creek, Newcrest and Magnolia Promenade. The career builds (hospital, lab and police station) have also been made over. TOOL was used to decorate outside the playable area (added parked cars, playgrounds, etc.), but you don’t need TOOL for the save to work or for the objects to show.
The worlds names have been changed: Willow Creek is Pleasantview, Newcrest is Pleasantview Plains and Magnolia Promenade is Bluewater Promenade.
Pleasantview is supposed to have everything or almost everything your sim may need. It has 24 residential lots fully built and 15 community lots, including:
- Woodland park: A big park.
- Woodland Community park: a neighbourhood park, with basketball court and playground.
- Kim Gould’s Stakehouse (restaurant): a main street restaurant with offices upstairs.
- Wilsonoff Theater (bar): a cinema with an arcade upstairs
- One Twenty Five Cafe: a café
- The corner shops (retail): laundromat, grocery store, thrift shop and photo studio.
- Melrose Mall (spa): a beauty “mall” based on TS3 ambitions with a hairdresser, a stylist office, a massage shop and a nails shop.
- The knitting nook (retail – bakery): bakery run by Coral Oldie where the knitting club gathers.
- Pleasantview library: a library, with a scouts and a conference room downstairs.
- Pleasantview public pool: self explanatory lol
- Lucky shack cards: the local watering hole / karaoke bar.
- Pleasantview Recreation center: it’s the gym, with a small gym equipment room, and separate rooms for: yoga classes, self defence classes, dance classes. It also has a huge indoor skate rink in the basement. There’s also an outside area to play basketball, soccer and climbing walls.
- Red Famous’ 50s diner: a diner and bowling alley.
- Magnolia Grocer and gifts: the amazig supermarket built by the awesome @cfaerydae (thank you!)
- Dr Hamilton’s clinic: the local vet clinic run by Marylena Hamilton.
- The bank and café (cafe): Pleasantview’s bank, with functional vaults. Next door there’s a small cafe to grab coffee to go.
2. The Families
All the premades families have been included and their relationships have been set. The have the same starting funds as in TS2. All the townies are the same that were generated in Pleasantview.
Cassandra is ready to start a family of her own, but can she tame the town Cassanova? And can Mortimer bounce back after the disappearance of his wife Bella?
Darren is pursuing his dream of being an artist, while his son Dirk hits the books. And Darren may have found his muse, but will his creativity be enough to win Cassandra’s affection?
Was it just coincidence that the Caliente sisters arrived on the eve of Bella’s disappearance? And is their interest in Mortimer physical… or fiscal?
Who is Don Lothario? Is his engagement to Cassandra Goth genuine? And what about the rumor that her mother, Bella, was last seen scaling the deck of his condo?
Brandi was left to raise two boys alone following her husband’s suspicious pool ladder accident. With Dustin acting out, can Brandi teach young Beau to make the right choices in life?
On the surface, Daniel and Mary-Sue Pleasant seem to have the perfect life, but is their love a flimsy façade? And can Angela and Lilith make the right choices when it comes to love?
John, Jennifer and young Lucy have decided to trade the fast-paced city life for some fresh air, and hope to make a nice home here in Pleasantview. John could finally adopt Tucker II and Lucy seems happier than ever…then why is Jennifer missing the city so much?
The Oldies are simply one of the nicest families around. Their years together through good and bad have made them into the wonderful parents, and grandparents, they are today.
2. The towns
The save currently includes:
- Pleasantview (Willow Creek)
- Pleasantview Plains (Newcrest)
- Strangetown (Strangerville)
- Ordinary Springs (Oasis Springs)
- Career lots
- Bluewater Promenade (Magnolia Promenade)
- Veronaville (Windenburg)
- Three Lakes (Granite Falls)
TOOL was used to decorate outside the playable area (added parked cars, playgrounds, etc.), but you don’t need TOOL for the save to work or for the objects to show. I also added rabbit and bird spawners in Three Lakes and some areas of Veronaville.
THE REST OF THE WORLDS (EXCEPT HENFORD) ARE 100% EMPTY, as I will be developing them in future versions of the save.

3. Required packs and How to Install (PLEASE READ)
ALL EXPANSION, GAME PACKS,STUFF PACKS AND KITS RELEASED UP UNTIL COTTAGE LIVING ARE REQUIRED. Yes, Star Wars is now required, sorry!
If you don’t have them, sims may be half naked, and/or bald and stuff may be missing. Install at your own risk.
In order to install:
- BACK UP YOUR SAVES.
- Download the the SAVE file.
- Put the save in your SAVES folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Saves. I changed the name of the file so that it will hopefully not overwrite any of your saves (including the previous v1). If your system prompts you to overwrite a save, do not click yes. Just change the name of the save (keep it 8 numbers but change the numbers) and try again.
- Optional: Put the .package file (StrangetownTexts.package) in your mods folder. This file is used to change the Strangerville mystery a bit, and turn it into the Strangetown mystery (with custom texts, references to the Bella mystery, etc.). Please install it if you want to have some clues on what happened to Bella!!
4. Play Order
There’s really no set play order but note that:
1.- Brandi Broke is pregnant and will give birth in 3 days regardless of who you play and regardless of whether aging is on or off, so play with her first if you want to be there for the birth.
2.- Same thing applies to Pascal Curious, who’s also pregnant at the start of the save.
3.- And finally, please note the Summerdreams are throwing a wedding party on Saturday! So play with them that day if you want to be there!
5. Recommended CC
With the exception of the optional Strangetown Texts package, this is a CC Free save, these sims were originally created using CC skintones and eyes so they look best with CC in my opinion. In fact they creep me out without CC.

8. Disclaimer and TOU
I’m just one person and there may be some bugs here or there.
Feel free to report them but I will only fix them if I consider them super relevant or game breaking, otherwise the save is provided as is and you install it at your own risk.
