This is a small update that adds a couple of features I have been wanting to add for a long time but never got the chance to : )
1. Sims can now pump milk at work if they are lactating. This option should be compatible with the majority of game careers and cc careers. I know it doesn’t work with university courses and the actors career because of how those careers are built.
2. Once your sim is on break they will pump autonomously and you will see notifications saying milk bottles are added to their inventory. They will get two bottles per session if they are lactating on both sides.
3. After work you will find the bottles in your sims inventory
4. You can now buy breast pads from build and buy
5. Putting on breast pads will prevent leakage for 12 sim hours. If you strip your sim down you will see them wearing the breast pads under all their clothes which I will not show here.
6. To take them off just click on your sim and select “remove breast pads”. Your sim will resume lactation immediately upon removal.
7. Sims can now have the midwife or a non-romantic partner deliver their baby on the bed. (all the yellow medical icons from the childbirth mod are now replaced by an icon of a stork, if I missed any let me know)
8. The animation is similar to the regular bed birth but is less intimate. 
9.You can also pump both sides at the same time using the breast pump

- Sims will have a chance of having stillbirth babies when giving birth at the hospital, It only happens when you give birth using the the surgery machine/birth bed. The chance for this to happen naturally is 5%, you can manually trigger the pregnancy loss in childbirth settings once your sim enters the second trimester.
- Once at the hospital you can get an ultrasound
- You can then get induced to give birth
- After getting the pitocin you will be able to give birth. The still birth animation can support up to 3 babies. When giving birth to more than one baby there is a 50/50 chance either all the babies will be stillbirth or one baby will survive.
- you will get a tombstone and a memory box after birth to remember your baby
- You will be able to cry it out together with another sim as long as you are in the sad mood
- You will be able to plan a baby funeral in the event planning page, this event is BGC
- Once you arrive at the venue you can search for “funeral” in build and buy to buy the funeral items
- you can dedicate the funeral photo and the coffin to your baby, only babies who are visible in your relationship panel and are not in your household will be selectable
- you can click on the coffin to perform all the mourning interactions, a few of the interactions are also available on the funeral photo and the tombstone
- You will get one of five moodelts if you achieve gold in the event
- Sims will also have a chance of dying postpartum, the chances of it is 5% but you can trigger it in childbirth settings
This week I fixed about 20 different bugs then I added a couple of cheat options that allows you to quickly add birth items to your patients house when doing house calls. You will see a pie menu called "House Call" when you click on the ground after arriving at your patient's houseand in there you will be able to create birth objects that you may need to assist your patient. Obviously you can still use the enablefreebuild cheats to edit the lot and add the items manually if you want
Some patient would require bed birth and some requires water birth, you guys have already seen the birth interaction last week so I wont cover it again this time
I also added the "Discharge Patient" and "Treatment" piemenu category when treating patients at the hospital
Then I worked on the patient death. Patient death will only be enabled if you download the Pandasama_Childbirth_mod_death_enabler.package, which will be on a separate download page than the childbirth mod. if you have this file installed and you fail to provide the necessary treatment for your patients in a timely manner there is a chance they will collapse and die. This death was surprisingly easy to make 🤓
