Hey everyone! I hope you’re all doing great ❤️, I’ve got a new update for the Kiss and Grind mod: Provocative Grind!
Since “grind dance” is part of the name Kiss and Grind, I always felt like it needed more love. Right now, the mod only has one grind dance — and that was made a long time ago. My animation skills have improved since then, and the mod itself has grown into something much bigger, it’s now one of my main romantic mods.
So I wanted to pay tribute to the original themes and vibes by creating a new interaction and animation that will cover that part of the mod,
Animation Style & Mood
My main focus for this animation was to make it feel more intimate and heated, while still blending it naturally into The Sims 4’s romantic atmosphere. It’s a slow, close back-dance
I also added subtle movements and playful flirtatious gestures throughout to break the tension — making the Interactions feel more layered and more fun for a casual gameplay.
Where to Find It:
Click on a Sim > Romance > Kiss-N-Grind
Kiss-N-Grind pie menu inside the Romance category. All future interactions from this mod will show up there.
Note: The interaction won’t appear if your sim hasn’t had their first kiss yet or the level of romance is too low.
Features of the Update:
- New, highly detailed animation
- Full sound events synced to the animation
- Dance/romance interaction for storytelling or date nights
- A new icon that fits the updated vibe
- Custom Flirty Buffs
- Fully autonomous interaction for NPCs
- New Romantic Sentiment possibility
Interaction Outcomes:
- Both Sims get a Flirty buff called Romantic Friction.
- If the target Sim is already flirty, there’s a chance they’ll gain a Romantic Sentiment:
“Can’t Get Enough” — craving more after that moment of closeness. - When Sims with this sentiment are near each other, they’ll get a special Flirty moodlet called Magnetic Pull.
Upcoming Features:
There’s another interaction I’ve been working on that was originally going to be included in this update, but I decided to separate it and release it soon as part of a “Wave & Grind” update.
It is bold, playful, and mischievous Interaction, perfect for stirring things up without catching feelings. More on that in the upcoming Wave & Grind update, stay tuned!
While working on my big mod for this summer, there will also be other small updates for my other mods. which I will share more about it very soon,
Update Changelog:
● Kiss-n-Grind 1.9.4:
- New interaction “Provocative Grind” is added to the Kiss-n-Grind.
- Your Sims have to have their first kiss, at least, and more than 20% romance, or the interactions won’t show up.
- The interactions can be played autonomously if there is music in the room.
- New romantic sentiment: Can’t Get Enough may show up if your Sims are flirty
- The Sims who have this sentiment may get a romantic buff if they are near each other
Things to clarify:
This interaction only appears if your Sims have had their first kiss and share enough romantic relationship points.
For the Sims to get the romantic sentiment “Can’t Get Enough”, they must be Flirty while doing the interactions, also any kiss and grind interactions will fill the sentiment up.
The mod is base game Compatible.
Upcoming features
There’s a new update coming soon to Wave & Grind! It was originally planned as part of this release, but it still needs a bit more polish. It’s a small interaction with its own custom animation, the interaction isn’t a romantic interaction, although it has some flirtatious. It’s more about playful teasing and bold provocation.

How to install :
This mod needs the Lot 51 Core Library. You can download it here: https://lot51.cc/core
Just put my mods and the Lot 51 Core Library into your Sims 4 Mods folder.
Remember to update them, remove the older ones, and replace them with new ones.
If you are using my other mods, you don’t need to remove the XML injector since my other mods still use it.
