SimFi Alpha Access out for Sparkling Sprite and Byte Bestie tiers.
- All sims will have a credit score
- Apply for various loans with varying interest rates.
- Increase or decrease your credit score.
1. Download the mod and place it in your mods folder.
2. Open up the phone menu and look for “SimFi”
3. You will have multiple options listed, check credit score, apply for a loan, apply for a mortgage, and file for bankruptcy.
4. You will only be able to Repay Loan or Pay on mortgage if you have an existing loan or mortgage balance.
5. Under your account, you will be able to check your credit score. Your credit score is random.
6. You will also have the option to appy for a loan. There are three types of loans.
7. You will have the option to apply for a small loan of 2,500 plus interest, a medium loan for 5,500 plus interest, and a 10,000 loan plus interest.
8. You may be denied a loan.
9. Depending on your credit score, you may be approved for a loan with low interest, medium interest, or high interest.
10. You can now apply for mortgages. You may only have one mortgage at a time.
11. Once approved for a loan, you will have the option to make a payment in your app.
12. You will have a minimum amount due which must be paid, or you can make a higher payment.
13. Applying for a loan or mortgage will ding your credit score.
14. Making payments will raise your credit score.
15. Missing a payment will ding your credit score.
16. You will now receive a notification when your payment is due. You can choose to pay it or skip it.
17. The lower your credit score, the higher interest you will likely have to pay.
18. If you miss too many payments, the repo sim will come and take your belongings.
19. You have the option to file for bankruptcy if you took out too many loans and/or mortgage and are unable to pay them back.
20. You will schedule a hearing, and when it is time for the hearing, you will get a pop up asking you if you want to continue.
21. Continuing with the hearing, your sim will go to a rabbit hole bankruptcy hearing.
22. A judge will either grant or deny the motion to file for bankruptcy.
23. If you are denied, you will have to wait to try to file again.
24. If you are granted a bankruptcy, your debts will be cleared, your credit score lowered, and your household income will be used to pay as much towards the debt as possible.
25. You will receive a 15 day buff when granted a bankruptcy.
26. XML Injector and Discovery University are required.
