A new mod project that will introduce the realities of death to the game in a way the Sims has never touched on because it is not a positive experience. However, without this experience, this Sims lacks the true depth of simulated life.

With the addition of this mod into your game, your Sim will experience a realistic aspect of maintaining growing hair. The goal here is to create a hair progression experience that requires the Sim to clean, cut, color, nourish, and style their hair, making them more desirable or appealing to other Sims. This also should influence their emotions/moods in a variety of ways.

ม็อดเสริมของ SNB ตัวนี้จะเข้ามา ยกเครื่องระบบการเรียกเก็บบิลของ EA ใหม่ โดยการแยกรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายออกเป็น ค่าประปาและสิ่งปฏิกูล, ค่าไฟฟ้า, ค่าขยะ, ค่าเคเบิลทีวี, อินเทอร์เน็ต, โทรศัพท์มือถือ และภาษีที่ดิน ซึ่งหากไม่ชำระบิลแต่ละรายการก็จะส่งผลกระทบในด้านลบที่แตกต่างกันไป
นอกจากนี้ ม็อดดังกล่าวยังเพิ่มระบบสวัสดิการและบริการจากรัฐบาล ที่มีการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ค่าเลี้ยงดูบุตร (Child Support) และ ค่าเลี้ยงดูคู่สมรส (Alimony) พร้อมทั้งระบบสวัสดิการพื้นฐานที่เรียกว่า Wel-Fund 4 Families อีกด้วย
This SNB add-on will revamp EA’s billing system by splitting out Water & Sewer, Electricity, Trash, Cable, Internet, Cellphone, and Property Taxes; each bill creates an adverse effect if not paid. This mod also adds in Government Benefits and Services that enforce Child Support and Alimony and provide a basic Welfare system called Wel-Fund 4 Families.

Snb financial center

The Financial Center is an adjacent mod of SNBank that brings a physical bank to the game. Your Sims will now be able to access SNB options and more in-person. This keeps to that off-the-grid option where you don’t need to use your Sim’s cellphone for every SNB service.
